Research News Pages Offered by Great Plains Network

The Great Plains Network, a consortium of Great Plains states dedicated to supporting scientific research through the use of networking technology, recently released the first installment of the Great Plains Network Research News pages. The pages offer information about research projects, funding opportunities, expertise, tools, and techniques to the members of the Great Plains Network GigaPop and to the broader Internet2 community. The Great Plains GigaPop, a high-speed connection that was deployed with the assistance of the NSF EPSCoR program, serves the educational state networks in Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and South Dakota.
