TeraGrid Ticketing Tutorial Scheduled

There will be an Access Grid tutorial on using the TeraGrid Ticketing System (TTS) from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Central) on Sept. 30.

This tutorial is open to anyone using TTS. The workshop will cover how TTS is structured, how tickets are processed, how to use the system, searches and custom queries.

TeraGrid Operations Center staff from NCSA and the San Diego Supercomputer Center will be on hand.
