Chemistry Conference Registration Still Open

Registration is open for the third annual Computational Chemistry Grid Conference sponsored by the Southeastern Universities Research Association in collaboration with the National Computational Sciences Alliance, the University of Kentucky and the Department of Defense's Programming Environment and Training (PET) Program. The conference will be held at the University of Kentucky in Lexington Oct. 20-21 and will focus on the development and application of techniques in material science, computational biology and biomolecular modeling/simulation for both cutting-edge cluster computing and for the coming generation of terascale computers. The keynote speaker is Dimitris Papaconstantopoulos from the Naval Research Laboratory, a key researcher in the field of tight binding methods.
