NCSA's Yurcik to present at cyber-conflict symposium

NCSA senior systems security engineer William Yurcik will be among the expert presenters at the Cyber Conflict Studies Association Fall 2005 Symposium on Nov. 3 in Arlington, Virginia. The symposium will center on the theme "Is cyber-conflict a viable deterrent or compellent force between national and/or sub-national actors?"
